Ilaya Family Medical Center is grateful that you have signed the Declaration with our family doctor.
Consultations of the family doctor are carried out by appointment at the reception hours determined by the Agreement between the NHA (National Health Service of Ukraine) and ilaya Family Medical Center. Please note that the reception hours under the NSAI Agreement are clearly regulated. You can find out more about your doctor’s work schedule here: https://ilaya-family.com.ua/en/declaration-2/
We want to note that during the period of increased incidence of acute respiratory infections, the number of visits to a family doctor may exceed his work schedule and there will not always be an opportunity to get an appointment with a doctor on the same day when such a need arose. And we made sure that you had several different options for solving a medical problem.
So, if it’s not possible to immediately get an appointment with a doctor, medical advice is urgently needed:
1) Call the contact center at 044 42 24 103 and leave a message for the doctor: briefly describe the essence of the problem, and the doctor will contact you as soon as he is released and give you medical advice – the initial recommendations for actions in your case for the first time, until being examined by a doctor. And immediately make an appointment in the near future.
2) Contact your doctor in the mobile chat of the ilaya Family mobile application: describe the essence of the problem, and the doctor will give you medical advice – the initial recommendations for actions in your case for the first time, until the moment the doctor sees you. And immediately make an appointment in the near future.
3) Get primary medical help from the clinic’s on-duty feldsher: we have qualified paramedics with significant experience in ambulance teams. And immediately make an appointment in the near future.
Medical workers will ask you questions about your health: please answer frankly and in essence – this will help us promptly and accurately prompt you the right decision to maintain your health.
Take care of yourself and stay healthy!
